Well, we certainly had dramatic news yesterday, Feb 28, 2025! Let us learn what the planets have to say about it. First, we’ll give you the plain-English version, with the chart wheels and astrology afterwards.

Last week we wrote about the USA: “The planetary line-up is in the USA area of communication and the news. This means what is communicated can be incomplete, vague, chaotic, over-idealistic and not relying on facts. Even though there is a good planetary relationship with some planets, they are in adverse relationship with our allies, enemies and the law. (Pisces planets square N Mars). Practical, detailed facts are ignored. (South node in Virgo). Hurried decisions are to the detriment of the country and the president and are challenged. (P Moon square N Venus). Feb 27 may be the exact date, with the possibly of the day before or after, when there could be opposition to the USA and the president. (This is if the corrected Sibley chart is used. We’ll discover if this is correct.).”

Yesterday, Feb 28, the adverse relationship was evident to the world, resulting in a of power of the United States. How this turns out remains to be seen. There is a change in the relationship with both the Democrats in Congress and with Russia. There could be the ending of an oppositional relationship with a foreign power or country.

During our Forum on Feb 1, we learned that the balance of power of or with the President and the USA is changing, causing an adjustment of international relations, and the Trump administration with Congress, with two exact dates to look at: March 9 and March 10.

Now to the astrology of the situation. I used a composite chart of Trump and the USA with the Zelensky meeting in a bi-wheel to see one astrology situation. For the Zelensky meeting, I used the USA Natal, USA Progressed and Zelensky meeting tri-wheel. Both for Feb 28 at 11:51am Eastern time.

Using the tri-wheel of USA, P USA and Zelensky meeting:  T Pluto is within 1 degree of a quincunx with the N USA Venus, and will be exact March 9. This rules the Midheaven and the President himself of the USA natal Chart, indicating a change in the power of the President. Which way it will go remains to be seen. T Jupiter will be exactly conjunct the USA Uranus in the 8^th house today, March 1, indicating big change, probably for the increase in USA monies. T Jupiter will be conjunct the USA 7^th house cusp tomorrow, March 2, indicating the possibly of change of relations with our allies and enemies. T Saturn is conjunct the P Sun. The USA is going through the Chiron return in the 4^th house of the White House itself. Since Chiron reveals where the person is unsure of themselves by the sign Chiron is in, for the USA Chiron is in Aries of fearless and aggressive leadership, but… this placement means unsure of fearless, aggressive leadership, which was shown in the previous administration, the Chiron return could mean more aggress and fearlessness now. Aries energy can be reckless, not looking before the proverbial leap, which may be the case with yesterdays’ situation with Zelensky. Exact today, the USA P Venus is sextile to the USA N Jupiter, indicating the opportunity for the president to appeal to allies to better the situation. However, T Pluto is exactly square the USA P Saturn, not a pleasant situation. This could mean power play with members of Congress, with Saturn ruling the Democrats and the law and may not be related to the Zelensky meeting. Saturn also represents Russia.

Now let’s look at the USA-Trump composite chart in a bi-wheel with the Zelensky meeting.
T Pluto is in that quincunx relationship with the N Sun, again revealing the shift in power between the USA and foreign countries. The N Moon of this chart is in opposition to the N Mars, indicating verbal provocation from the USA to the foreigner. Again, T Jupiter is conjunct N Uranus in the 8^th house, showing an increase in money to the USA treasury. And again, there is overwhelming support from the republicans. This chart has a Cancer midheaven with its Moon in Capricorn in the 3^rd house, widely conjunct the South Node in Capricorn, karma returned! The USA-Trump composite cart has the N Moon opposite N Mars in the 9^th house of other countries, revealing the adversarial relationship with at least one other country.

The Trump-USA composite with the Zelensky meeting bi-wheel reveals the overwhelming Republican presence and support of the president, because of 8 planets in Pisces, which rules the Republicans, in the 5^th and 6^th houses in trine with the Cancer planets in the 9^th house.
